Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident ordering from us. This policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds work for services ordered through US Document Services, operated by Consumer Science, LLC. If anything is unclear, contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly.
1. Cancellations before work begins
You may cancel an order for a full refund of our service fee at any time before we begin processing it. To cancel, email support@consumerscience.io with your order details as soon as possible.
2. After processing has started
Once we have begun work — preparing your submission, dispatching it to a fulfillment partner, or submitting it to a third party — refunds are prorated to reflect the work completed and any costs already incurred on your behalf.
3. Government and third-party fees
Some services include fees paid to government authorities or third parties. Once those fees have been paid on your behalf, they are generally non-refundable, because they are charged by parties outside our control. Any such fees are identified before you pay.
4. Outcomes outside our control
Our service fee covers our work in preparing, processing, and coordinating your order. We cannot guarantee a particular decision by a government authority or third party. If a request is denied or delayed by such a party despite our correct processing, that outcome is not itself grounds for a refund of work already performed — but we will always tell you honestly where your order stands.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@consumerscience.io with your order details and reason. We review every request individually and respond within 3 business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Payment disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
